Description

You will drive the company's consumer strategy by sourcing and negotiating premium cardholder benefits, managing everything from partner pipelines to complex commercial contracts across Europe.

• •Understanding of European payments landscape
• •Track record of contracting benefit suppliers
• •Commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Tasks

• •Develop a sales and partner strategy
• •Manage a pipeline of potential benefit partners
• •Design a standardized sales program setup
• •Identify and select best-in-class benefit partners
• •Build a robust European supplier network
• •Secure favorable pricing and service-level agreements
• •Negotiate commercial terms and contract renewals
• •Develop business cases and obtain approvals
• •Manage the end-to-end hand-off to operations
• •Lead integrated sales and sourcing cycles
• •Align with global teams on margin management
• •Coordinate with legal and compliance for onboarding
• •Integrate new providers into the company's platforms
• •Refine sales strategies based on performance data
• •Drive continuous improvements of the sales engine
