- •Leadership experience in Identity Security, PAM, or Access Management
- •Experience operating enterprise-scale security platforms
- •Architectural knowledge of CyberArk
- •Experience with BeyondTrust or similar PAM solutions
- •Understanding of PAM, Zero Trust, and PKI
- •Understanding of IT service management processes
- •Experience defining governance models and procedures
- •Communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- •Fluent English and advantageous German skills
Tasks
- •Lead, coach, and develop Access Management specialists
- •Set team priorities, objectives, and performance expectations
- •Resolve complex technical and service-related escalations
- •Manage enterprise services like PAM, Secure Remote Access, and PKI
- •Maintain service security, availability, and compliance
- •Drive continuous service improvement and maturity
- •Act as Product Owner for CyberArk roadmaps
- •Onboard platforms and applications into PAM
- •Align systems with Zero Trust and least-privilege principles
- •Oversee incident, problem, and change management operations
- •Deliver security projects and technical enhancements
- •Define Access Management policies and standards
- •Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
