- Execute value assessments and proof-of-value projects
- Communicate strategic roadmaps to C-level executives
- Facilitate workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities
- Initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Present realized value results to senior management
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey
- Embed the platform as a strategic transformation tool
- Provide product feedback based on new use cases
