Description

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer focused on pose estimation, you will enhance the Replica platform by developing advanced pipelines and models that ensure accurate and efficient camera pose estimation. You will collaborate with a team to drive innovation in autonomous systems.

Requirements

• •Advanced degree: MS or PhD in ML, computer vision, robotics, or related field
• •Industry experience applying ML to computer vision problems
• •Strong Python experience and production-level code development
• •Deep understanding of 3D geometry, linear algebra, and optimization
• •Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying production-level machine learning models
• •Experience in programming CUDA kernels for 3D computer vision applications
• •Familiarity with academic research in 3D reconstruction, visual geometry transformer models, bundle adjustment or related fields
• •Understanding of the autonomous systems landscape and potential applications of machine learning
• •Publications in top-tier conferences or journals related to machine learning

Tasks

• •Build robust structure-from-motion and pose estimation pipelines
• •Improve accuracy, speed, and reliability of pose estimation components
• •Develop geometric vision models for camera calibration and pose refinement
• •Integrate geometric algorithms with modern machine learning tools
• •Collaborate with ML engineers to curate datasets and define success metrics
