- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- M.Sc. in a relevant field is preferred
- Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid capacity from our office 3 days a week
Tasks
- Build ML-based software systems for advertising experiences
- Work with diverse datasets including images, video, audio, text, and performance data
- Contribute to Smartly’s MLOps and data platform
- Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to productionize AI/ML applications
- Participate in work planning, retrospectives, and team improvement
- Impact the daily operations of hundreds of advertisers using Smartly
- Engage with stakeholders to align business needs with viable solutions
- Enhance soft skills through knowledge sharing and productive meetings
- Stay updated on the latest ML innovations in generative AI, computer vision, and NLP
