  • •Ein strukturiertes Vertrags- und Dokumentenmanagementsystem aufbauen
  • •Notartermine und gesellschaftsrechtliche Prozesse organisieren
  • •Rechtliche Compliance und ordnungsgemäßes Reporting sicherstellen
  • •An der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Rechtsstruktur mitwirken
