Requirements

- Qualified lawyer, 5+ years post-qualification experience

- Engage with regulators and manage DPA investigations
- Strong drafting skills for agreements and policies
- In-house experience, ideally in tech/health tech
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- German language skills (a plus)
Tasks
- Serve as legal expert on GDPR and global privacy frameworks
- Lead privacy-by-design reviews for new product features
- Manage relationships with data protection authorities
- Lead regulatory engagement and responses
- Draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements
- Advise teams on responsible AI development
- Advise on algorithmic transparency and bias risk
- Develop internal AI policies
- Create risk assessment processes
- Establish documentation standards
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments
- Ensure Clue stays ahead of compliance obligations
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Embed privacy and AI compliance into daily decisions
- Provide legal input on data-related commercial agreements
- Support development of internal training programmes
- Enhance awareness of data protection and AI
