Tasks
- Provide end-to-end legal support for growth initiatives.
- Build repeatable legal playbooks, templates, and guardrails.
- Collaborate closely with Legal leadership and stakeholders.
- Apply disciplined intake practices.
- Prioritize and route legal requests.
- Manage CLM workflows effectively.
- Initiate contracts using Ironclad.
- Provide pragmatic legal advice to teams.
- Advise on new initiatives, partnerships, and monetization models.
- Offer clear “yes-if” guidance.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Draft strategic commercial agreements.
- Negotiate strategic commercial agreements.
- Define negotiation strategies and fallback positions.
- Align key stakeholders early.
- Support market expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Regulatory function.
- Coordinate external counsel as needed.
- Translate external legal advice into internal standards.
- Convert regulatory insights into internal templates.
- Develop reusable legal playbooks.
- Own growth and partnering workstreams end-to-end.
- Structure complex legal issues.
- Drive cross-functional decision-making.
- Document outcomes clearly.
- Contribute to a scalable legal service model.
- Identify opportunities to streamline legal support.
- Improve legal processes and automation.
