Requirements
- •Graduate or post-graduate law degree
- •Fully qualified lawyer, German legal qualification
- •9+ years' post-qualification commercial law experience
- •Experience advising on complex commercial contracts
- •Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- •Fluent German and English
- •Proven cross-border experience, ideally DACH region
- •Data protection experience or willingness to develop
- •Ability to act independently as legal representative
- •Experience managing broad multi-territory workloads
- •Commercially pragmatic and confident influencer
- •Highly organised, resilient and pressure-resistant

Tasks
- •Act as the primary legal business partner for Northern and Central European commercial teams
- •Provide pragmatic legal advice on licensing, distribution, and supply matters
- •Negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts while mitigating risk
- •Manage disputes and coordinate with external counsel when necessary
- •Oversee data protection, privacy matters, and compliance initiatives
- •Develop internal policies and deliver legal training to the business
- •Contribute to global legal projects including M&A and asset integration
- •Support company secretarial activities and governance for European entities
- •Monitor legislative developments and implement required regulatory changes
