- •Foundation in commercial, civil, corporate, regulatory law

- •2–3 years post-graduate professional experience
- •Experience in law firm or in-house counsel
- •Experience in financial institution or fintech preferred
- •Understanding of financial products and digital platforms

- •Advise on white-label projects and product innovation
- •Support the rollout of new financial offerings
- •Partner cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, and Operations

- •Provide guidance on e-money and crypto services
- •Develop internal processes to enhance legal governance
- •Coordinate with regulators and external counsel
- •Support marketing activities and financial promotions
- •Manage legal aspects of vendor activities
