Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- •Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- •3+ years of experience in Management Consulting
- •Experience in designing learning programs
- •Strong problem-solving skills
- •Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills
- •Familiarity with enterprise client communication
- •Independent work style and high level of commitment
- •Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies
- •Basic understanding of L&D and IT structures
- •Ability to simplify complex knowledge

- •Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- •Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback
- •Oversee the end-to-end learning journey for learners
- •Leverage AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes
- •Provide trainers with resources and support for high-quality training
- •Foster a collaborative environment for trainers
- •Develop detailed project plans for learning programs
- •Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of learning programs
- •Facilitate live trainings on genAI, Low Code, or Process Automation
