- Ensure strict latency requirements
- Collaborate with Product to deliver advertiser and publisher features
- Maintain code quality through code reviews and automated testing
- Participate in continuous integration processes
- Contribute to architecture discussions
- Influence the technical roadmap
- Support production systems during on-call rotation
