As a Senior/Lead QA Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and reliability of decentralized applications. This role involves defining QA strategies, implementing automated testing, and collaborating with teams to uphold the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• •5+ years of experience in QA/software testing
• •2+ years in a senior or lead capacity
• •Proven track record of building and scaling test automation frameworks
• •Strong experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines
• •Familiarity with Web3 technologies
• •Experience testing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• •Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools
• •Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
• •Excellent communication and leadership skills
• •Solid understanding of smart contract development frameworks
• •Background in security and performance testing for blockchain and dApps
• •Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, or L2 scaling solutions

Tasks

• •Define and drive the overall QA strategy
• •Establish automation coverage and quality metrics
• •Set release readiness criteria
• •Design and implement automated test frameworks for web, mobile, APIs, and smart contracts
• •Maintain automated test frameworks
• •Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• •Lead test planning and execution for major releases
• •Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
• •Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria
• •Ensure testability of requirements
