- Experienced PM with shipped features, discovery, engineering/design collaboration, roadmap shaping, and product ownership
- 5+ years broad PM experience in fast-paced B2C mobile apps
- Strong discovery skills: user interviews, insight synthesis, research-driven decisions
- Strong execution skills: shipping products, unblocking teams, fast delivery
- Data-informed and outcome-driven: analytics, A/B testing, metrics
- Solid technical understanding for engineering conversations and trade-offs
- Readiness for increased ownership and responsibility
- Fluent English
- Experience at high-growth startup or scale-up
- Hands-on experience in fintech, wealth, or investing products
- Expertise in Monetization Strategy and/or Consumer Subscription Products
- Track record of 0-to-1 product work
- Familiarity with latest AI tools for product work
Tasks
- Own critical product experiences from vision to execution
- Lead user research through interviews, data, and market analysis
- Define and prioritize roadmap based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Ship high-quality features with cross-functional teams
- Conduct regular user interviews and usability tests
- Translate user insights and data into actionable product decisions
- Validate ideas early and ship early to learn fast
- Stay informed about competitors, trends, and market opportunities
- Write clear specs and requirements for engineers and designers
- Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and unblock delivery
- Monitor product performance and run experiments
- Iterate based on results and measure outcomes
- Partner with Product Lead and CEO to shape product strategy
- Align with stakeholders across marketing, support, sales, and leadership
- Communicate clearly to keep teams informed and drive alignment
