- Lead creative in the Run category to success
- Foster bravery and dedication within the team
- Ensure team delivers bold, original, and inventive concepts
- Manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously
- Make sound creative decisions independently
- Champion On Spirits and contribute to company culture
- Participate in company events
