  • Align account activities with customer strategies
  • Lead contract negotiations to support growth objectives
  • Ensure compliance with commercial processes and contract reviews
  • Adhere to sales processes and improve account information management
  • Develop comprehensive customer strategies with cross-functional teams
  • Understand market share and competitive position for assigned accounts
  • Deploy market-driven pricing strategies based on customer value
  • Build strong rapport with key decision makers
  • Develop proactive new business opportunity plans
  • Monitor market dynamics and provide relevant information to sales management
  • Drive total customer satisfaction and pursue corrective actions
  • Create sales forecasts for long-range planning
  • Comply with contract review procedures and commercial policies
  • Provide global coordination on customer issues
  • Act as the primary contact for commercial issues with customers
  • Lead cross-functional teams for customer projects
  • Engage with other BorgWarner business units
  • Represent the business unit at exhibitions and marketing events
