- •Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) or equivalent professional qualification and experience
- •Fluent in English and German
- •Experience preferably in automotive, OEM or Tier 1 background

- •Develop and implement strategies to maximize current business
- •Coordinate new business quotations
- •Oversee performance metrics and pricing strategies
- •Ensure overall customer satisfaction
- •Represent BorgWarner professionally to customers
- •Align account activities with customer strategies
- •Lead contract negotiations to support growth objectives
- •Ensure compliance with commercial processes and contract reviews
- •Adhere to sales processes and improve account information management
- •Develop comprehensive customer strategies with cross-functional teams
- •Understand market share and competitive position for assigned accounts
- •Deploy market-driven pricing strategies based on customer value
- •Build strong rapport with key decision makers
- •Develop proactive new business opportunity plans
- •Monitor market dynamics and provide relevant information to sales management
- •Drive total customer satisfaction and pursue corrective actions
- •Create sales forecasts for long-range planning
- •Comply with contract review procedures and commercial policies
- •Provide global coordination on customer issues
- •Act as the primary contact for commercial issues with customers
- •Lead cross-functional teams for customer projects
- •Engage with other BorgWarner business units
- •Represent the business unit at exhibitions and marketing events
