Requirements

  • Experience as Key Account Manager or similar
  • Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI (plus)
  • Mandatory fluency in English and German

Tasks

  • Manage the company's OEM key accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Align products and services with client needs
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Partner with internal teams for product delivery
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback
  • Create customized client presentations
  • Monitor account performance metrics
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams
  • Provide regular updates to senior management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients
