Description

In this role, you will bridge frontend and backend development while working on digital platforms that deliver news to millions. Your focus will be on creating scalable solutions and enhancing user experience through collaboration and innovative technologies.

Requirements

• •At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• •Proven track record of delivering full-stack web or mobile applications
• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• •Very good knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks (React Native, Node.js)
• •Experience in developing and maintaining REST/GRAPHQL APIs and related services
• •Demonstrated ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications
• •Solid understanding of front-end technologies
• •Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub)
• •Knowledge of SQL database technologies
• •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Cloudflare) and infrastructure management
• •Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform
• •Familiarity with AI integration and related APIs
• •Experience with high-traffic web applications and content management systems
• •Understanding of media industry technology trends and challenges
• •Experience with almost real-time data processing and content delivery systems

Tasks

• •Develop and maintain full-stack JavaScript and React Native applications
• •Implement UI designs with UX/UI designers for an excellent user experience
• •Build and optimize server-side applications and APIs for content delivery
• •Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare) using Infrastructure as Code principles
• •Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and reader engagement
• •Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure best practices
• •Collaborate with other developers to deliver new features and improvements
