Requirements

  • IT-Studium oder Ausbildung Fachinformatiker Systemintegration mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse Exchange On-Prem und Exchange Online (Konfiguration, Betrieb, Fehleranalyse)
  • Praxiserfahrung Administration Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Umgang Windows-Servern, Virtualisierung (VMware), Netzwerktechnologien (DNS, DHCP)
  • Erfahrung IT-Integrations- und Transformationsprojekten wünschenswert
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein, Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Zentrale Windows-Serverumgebung (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP) administrieren und weiterentwickeln
  • Virtualisierungsumgebung (VMware ESX) und Storagesysteme betreiben und pflegen
  • Hybride Exchange-Umgebung (On-Prem & Exchange Online) administrieren
  • An komplexen IT-Transformations- und Integrationsprojekten im Kontext der Konzernintegration zu HCLTech mitarbeiten und diese fachlich begleiten
  • 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support durchführen
  • Technische System- und Betriebsdokumentationen pflegen
