- Collaborate with sys admins on monitoring hosted systems
- Analyze and resolve operational malfunctions
- Provide support via ticketing system and remote connections
- Visit users for on-site support
- Ensure user compliance with policies
- Support users to correct compliance issues
- Design and implement management tools and networks
- Work on security and ticket management
- Maintain and improve systems using Addigy, Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Snipe-IT, 1Password, Okta, Atlassian
- Contribute to major team projects
- Report to the IT Helpdesk Lead
