Requirements
- •Strong 2nd level desktop support skills
- •Proficiency with end-user devices and mobile device setup
- •Experience with Wi-Fi/WLAN and video conferencing tools
- •Basic understanding of warehouse operations
- •Familiarity with IT infrastructure and basic troubleshooting
- •Knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL V3 Foundation certification
- •Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- •Presentation and training abilities for small groups
- •Good English and German skills
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Set up and maintain end-user hardware
- •Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support via ServiceNow
- •Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues
- •Take ownership of complex incidents
- •Manage incidents and problems
- •Support local IT projects and rollouts
- •Maintain accurate asset records in the central CMDB
- •Serve as primary IT support at your location
- •Provide occasional support for other sites across Europe
- •Participate in IT-related projects
- •Provide remote and on-site support as needed
- •Be available for on-call support
- •Represent and promote IT services within the organization
