Description

In this role, you will lead the global IT Security team, design strategies, and oversee operations to ensure robust security across all locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve advising local teams, managing security tools, and promoting a culture of awareness throughout the organization.

Requirements

• •Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• •Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security
• •At least 2 years in a leadership role
• •Strong understanding of application and network security
• •Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture, risk management, and compliance
• •Experience in both manufacturing and retail IT environments
• •Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus

Tasks

• •Build and lead the IT Security team globally
• •Design and implement a global IT security strategy
• •Act as a trusted advisor to local IT teams
• •Oversee security operations at the Solingen location
• •Detect threats and respond to incidents
• •Manage vulnerability assessments and remediation
• •Coordinate with country organizations to enhance security
• •Manage and optimize security tools and platforms
• •Protect local networks and connections to market organizations
• •Develop and enforce security policies and standards
• •Ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR and ISO 27001
• •Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
• •Provide security input for infrastructure and application design
• •Lead security aspects of digital initiatives and IT projects
• •Evaluate and implement new security technologies
• •Promote a culture of security awareness organization-wide
• •Design and deliver training programs for employees and IT staff
• •Align with the parental organization on awareness programs
