Requirements

  • 5-7 years IT project management experience
  • Experience in international environment
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
  • Extensive IT project/program management experience in financial services
  • Strong background in regulatory-driven initiatives
  • Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder delivery environments
  • Excellent understanding of banking platforms
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies
  • Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and escalation management skills
  • Full professional fluency in German

  • Lead complex regulatory transformation initiatives
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of strategic programs
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to closure
