- •Master’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related field
- •10+ years of experience in business analysis, technical solution design, and software integration
- •Strong experience in stakeholder management across diverse disciplines
- •Experience working in public health or epidemic/pandemic intelligence domain
- •Proven track record of working with international organizations
- •Proficiency in BPMN and tools such as draw.io, Lucidchart
- •Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
- •Expertise in SQL, RDBMS, HTML, XML, JSON, CSS
- •Experience with Figma, Miro, and other collaborative wireframing/design tools
- •Strong writing and presentation skills in English for technical and non-technical audiences
- •Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mentoring, and change management capabilities
- •Experience with epidemiological modelling or mathematical modelling for infectious diseases
- •Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Project Management
- •Contributions to business analysis or project management communities
- •Familiarity with open-source health IT solutions

- •Collaborate with technical teams to address risks and align with INFRA policies
