- Several years of experience in asset management
- Experience in managing leasing processes
- Knowledge of different asset classes
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
- Conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects
- Experience in supervision of external service providers
- Data analysis and cashflow modelling skills
- Knowledge of the German real estate market
- Established network of contacts in the real estate market
- Current employment with an internationally oriented real estate company
Tasks
- Maximize property values through value enhancement initiatives
- Participate in acquisition reviews and due diligence decisions
- Prepare and monitor annual business plans and profitability analyses
- Develop and implement leasing concepts and negotiate contracts
- Manage external service providers and collaborate with local authorities
- Prepare and present annual business plans and quarterly reports
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff
