  • •CFA, CAIA, or similar qualifications advantageous
  • •Significant experience in traditional and digital asset investing
  • •Deep expertise in crypto markets and DeFi ecosystems
  • •Strong product development mindset
  • •Experience within regulated financial institutions
  • •Proven leadership experience across interdisciplinary teams
  • •Commercial mindset and client awareness
  • •Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • •High ownership and intellectual curiosity
  • •Fluent English and advantageous German skills
  • •Valid working permit for Switzerland

Tasks

  • •Oversee strategic division structure and processes
  • •Deputize for the Head of Invest and Advice
  • •Represent the department in senior-level discussions
  • •Manage research, investment strategy, and technology development
  • •Monitor OKRs, KPIs, and delivery milestones
  • •Develop the investment product and services roadmap
  • •Design blockchain-native yield and DeFi frameworks
  • •Collaborate on strategic positioning and product narratives
  • •Define business and IT system requirements
  • •Maintain investment policies and governance guidelines
  • •Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk departments
