Senior Insights Consultant – Healthcare(m/w/x)
Leading quantitative market research projects for pharma and medtech clients. 2-3 years of healthcare market research experience required. Hybrid work, flexible hours, and workation options.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, social sciences, psychology, communication science, health science/public health, or comparable field
- 2-3 years relevant market research experience (institute or client side), ideally in healthcare, pharma, or medical technology
- Excellent knowledge of quantitative/qualitative research methodologies and advanced analytical techniques
- Ability to explain results, implications, and limitations to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong client management, communication, and storytelling skills
- Analytical thinking and organizational strength
- Experience with modern project management tools and approaches
- Fluent English
- Good level of German
- Open-mindedness and innovation-driven mindset
- Motivation to improve processes and efficiencies
- Proactive and confident approach to challenges
- Ability to navigate complex and unfamiliar situations effectively
- Team player with flexibility and creativity
- Very good IT user skills, particularly in Office 365
- 2-3 years relevant market research experience (institute or client side), ideally in healthcare, pharma, or medical technology
Tasks
- Lead project setup and design
- Manage client conversations
- Functionally lead the team for a product category
- Manage quantitative market research projects
- Support clients on project design and methodology
- Create proposals and calculations for study designs
- Coordinate project phases
- Work with internal interfaces and external service providers
- Analyze study results
- Create meaningful reports
- Present results to clients
- Participate in pitch presentations
- Expand existing client relationships
- Work cross-departmentally within Ipsos Germany
- Maintain close exchange with global and European healthcare teams
