Tasks
- Design and maintain global IT infrastructure
- Provide 2nd line support
- Work with Global Infrastructure team
- Monitor and maintain daily IT operations
- Administer and support network environments (LAN/WAN)
- Support IT roadmap and documentation
- Deploy and configure IT systems and equipment
- Upgrade and retire IT systems and equipment
- Balance security and business agility
- Implement monitoring tools and preventive measures
- Manage Active Directory and Group Policies
- Oversee user and computer account management
- Manage security and distribution groups
- Support patching and system upgrades
- Collaborate with engineers and global IT teams
- Ensure IT policy and security compliance
