Developing future industrial system architecture for DDMS and end-to-end Industrial PDP process integration. Advanced System Engineering, MBSE, Digital Twin, and Industrial Tolerancing knowledge required. 30 days holiday, plus additional days off for special occasions.
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or comparable, or vocational training with extensive qualifications
- Advanced knowledge in relevant areas of responsibility
- Advanced knowledge in manufacturing, lines development, production execution
- Advanced knowledge in System Engineering, MBSE, Digital Twin, Industrial Tolerancing
- Advanced knowledge in project or sub-project management, international experience
- High resilience in critical situations
- High motivation, analytical thinking, confident team leadership
- Independent, results-oriented thinking and working
- Business fluent German and English, French or Spanish a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic/abroad)
Tasks
- Develop and steer future industrial system architecture for DDMS
- Ensure full integration of digital and physical systems
- Define end-to-end future Industrial PDP process
- Establish intermediate milestones for PDP process
- Define deliverable definitions for PDP process
- Establish maturity gates for PDP process
- Lead delivery of fuselage industrial requirements
- Integrate requirements into Co-design process
- Utilize MBSE bricks and trade studies
- Influence product architecture with requirements
- Define industrial Value Chain methodology
- Build strategic business models with Extended Enterprise
- Ensure supply chain alignment with PDP requirements
- Specify Digital Twin content
- Develop enabling Processes, Methods, and Tools (PM&T) to drive industrial system
- Formalize new industrial Verification & Validation (V&V) plans
- Define methodologies for production rate achievement
- Ensure production rate throughout development cycle
- Prepare strategic Transformation Plan
- Bridge skills gaps in manufacturing engineering
- Address job evolutions for future industrial landscape
- Train architect community on new processes
- Provide technical assumptions for Extended Enterprise contracts
- Create required documentation
- Present work results
