  • •Maintain transparency of risks and responsibilities
  • •Oversee tech governance and control frameworks
  • •Review and improve execution of controls
  • •Lead the journey towards key certifications like ISO 27001
  • •Execute the ICT-related partner governance framework
  • •Support B2B contract negotiations as a subject-matter expert
  • •Refine the tech process landscape for alignment and scalability
