Tasks
- Serve as primary HR partner for leaders and employees in UK, France, and Germany
- Provide strategic and hands-on support across the employee lifecycle
- Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change leadership
- Lead and support complex employee relations matters
- Conduct investigations, address performance concerns, manage grievances, and handle disciplinary processes
- Manage absence and exit processes
- Partner with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support organizational changes and business initiatives with planning, communication, and risk assessment
- Use people data and workforce insights to identify trends and recommend actions
- Improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and People Operations
- Deliver a strong and consistent employee experience
- Support consultation and employee representation processes
- Engage with local employee representatives or works councils
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
