Tasks

  • Serve as primary HR partner for leaders and employees in UK, France, and Germany
  • Provide strategic and hands-on support across the employee lifecycle
  • Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change leadership
  • Lead and support complex employee relations matters
  • Conduct investigations, address performance concerns, manage grievances, and handle disciplinary processes
  • Manage absence and exit processes
  • Partner with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Support organizational changes and business initiatives with planning, communication, and risk assessment
  • Use people data and workforce insights to identify trends and recommend actions
  • Improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and People Operations
  • Deliver a strong and consistent employee experience
  • Support consultation and employee representation processes
  • Engage with local employee representatives or works councils
