Requirements

• Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related
• Senior HR leadership in industrial environments
• Expertise in German labour law and works councils
• Ability to advise senior leadership and strategy
• Experience in organisational change and talent processes
• Balance of strategic perspective and operational execution
• Business acumen and analytical capability
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Autonomy in matrix environments and complexity
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%

Tasks

• Partner with the Regional Managing Director to deliver the HR agenda
• Support organizational design and workforce planning across the German region
• Lead major transformation and change management initiatives
• Coach leaders to develop modern people leadership capabilities
• Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives
• Champion an inclusive and high-performance culture
• Manage key HR cycles including performance and salary planning
• Oversee HR governance and compliance with global policies
• Provide guidance on labor law and collective agreements
• Lead a network of HR People Partners across Germany
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on integrated solutions
• Build constructive relationships with works councils and unions
• Manage employee relations in a fair and legally sound manner
