Building monetization measurement systems and self-serve dashboards for mobile/desktop productivity software. 5+ years B2C/SaaS analytics experience, supporting monetization initiatives, required. Work with modern data stack including BigQuery and Tableau.
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth, product, or marketing analytics (B2C/SaaS)
- Experience supporting pricing, monetization, or migration initiatives
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
- Proficiency in Tableau and/or Amplitude
- Experience with Appsflyer or attribution platforms
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis/automation (plus)
- Solid understanding of product analytics
- Solid understanding of statistics
- Solid understanding of A/B testing
- Understanding of segmentation, churn, or LTV modeling
- Proven ability to design self-serve dashboards
- Strategic thought partner to PM/PMM teams
- Comfort working cross-functionally

Tasks
- Analyze and transform large datasets in BigQuery and Amplitude
- Uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in Tableau and Google Sheets
- Define, document, and QA event structures for features, campaigns, and experiments
- Build a robust monetization measurement system
- Analyze user funnels (ads, store, onboarding, usage, purchases, cancellations)
- Identify drop-offs and growth opportunities in user funnels
- Design and monitor A/B experiments and feature launches
- Validate experiment results and ensure long-term impact tracking
- Surface insights, hypotheses, and growth opportunities to marketing and product teams
- Shape quarterly prioritization with impact scenarios
- Build forecasting and scenario models for installs, conversions, retention, and revenue
- Ensure data integrity across tools and pipelines via QA processes
- Work with Appsflyer to track attribution and optimize acquisition reporting
