Requirements
- •University degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- •Significant relevant professional experience in Finance business partnering role, ideally within life sciences/pharmaceutical sector, and/or within a public/global company, and/or experience with supporting same enabling functions
- •Experience of setting up reporting structure
- •Experience of working in an international environment
- •Experience of leading and managing transformation projects
- •Experience in a Group Business Controlling Environment
- •Strong IFRS knowledge
- •Business fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •German fluency
- •PCAOB and SOX Experience
- •Big 4 experience / Consulting

Bachelor's degree

Tasks
- •Act as a trusted advisor to leadership
- •Deliver proactive, data-driven insights
- •Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- •Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- •Partner with IT leaders on financial strategies
- •Drive the financial planning process
- •Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- •Develop dynamic reporting capabilities
- •Transition to forward-looking dashboards
- •Support global FP&A transformation
- •Contribute to planning tools and process improvements
- •Drive business case analysis for resource allocation
- •Ensure execution of SOX controls
- •Maintain compliance with reporting standards
- •Collaborate with Group Accounting on financial closings
- •Contribute to high-quality external financial reporting
- •Identify automation opportunities for continuous improvement
- •Standardize processes for enhanced financial insights
- •Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
