Requirements
- 4-8+ years Accounting/Group Accounting/Audit experience
- Operational, hands-on, and execution-driven
- Experience with intercompany processes, group reporting, consolidation
- Managing multiple entities and stakeholders in parallel
- Solid knowledge of IFRS or strong local GAAP with IFRS exposure
- Translating defined processes into practical, working solutions
- Structured, pragmatic, and able to bring order to complexity
- Fluent English (German is a strong plus)
- Experience in post-merger integration (PMI) execution
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with ERP rollouts or system migrations
- Understanding of transfer pricing and intercompany frameworks
- Experience in buy-and-build / private equity environment
Tasks
- Execute post-merger integration roadmap
- Coordinate daily integration activities
- Serve as main point of contact for local finance teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding into Group accounting processes
- Align local accounting operations with Group standards
- Deliver timely, accurate financial data
- Interface between local entities and Group Accounting
- Troubleshoot operational accounting issues
- Implement intercompany agreements
- Execute intercompany transactions
- Coordinate intercompany reconciliation processes
- Work with Tax, Controlling, and Operations
- Support ERP and finance system integration
- Ensure correct system mapping and data flows
- Drive standardisation of accounting processes
- Maintain high data quality and transparency
- Build strong relationships with local finance teams
- Coordinate with M&A and Business Development
- Identify and improve operational gaps
- Embed integrations into daily operations
