Senior Global Sales Manager - B2C(m/w/x)
Global partnership building and complex B2C contract negotiation for energy solutions. International B2B2C digital sales experience required. Hybrid work, sabbatical opportunities.
Requirements
- International Key Account Management and Business Development in digital B2C environments
- B2B2C digital sales know-how from end to end, preferably in commodity, solar, heatpump, battery storage or emobility
- Hands-on sales execution: lead generation, funnel management, negotiation, and closing deals independently on C-level
- Building and scaling mass-market products and partnerships
- Navigating complex global matrix organizations and working with diverse cultural environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (C1+)
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Collaborative, open-minded mindset with strong intercultural sensitivity
Tasks
- Build and grow global partnerships
- Generate and qualify leads
- Negotiate and close complex contracts
- Advise C-level partners and senior stakeholders
- Provide insights on market trends and commercial opportunities
- Support country entities as a coach and advisor
- Initiate and lead cross-functional collaborations
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, pricing, product, and operations
- Develop scalable sales strategies
- Implement sales tools for international segments
- Ensure strong pipeline conversion
- Navigate the sales funnel effectively
- Deliver profitable deals
- Shape global commercial strategies
