Requirements

  • At least 3 years GEOS experience in enterprise application engineering
  • Professional German and English language skills
  • Proven track record in UAT/go-live and incident handling

Tasks

  • Analyze and implement GEOS enhancements
  • Plan GEOS testing and go-live
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Coordinate business testing for GEOS
  • Ensure GEOS fixes move from UAT to go-live
  • Break down scope and effort for GEOS fixes
  • Manage GEOS incidents and problems
  • Perform root-cause analysis for GEOS issues
  • Coordinate with infrastructure/ops on GEOS output/printing constraints
  • Support GEOS modernization and cloud migration
  • Estimate effort for GEOS modernization
  • Plan GEOS infrastructure needs (DEV/UAT/PROD)
  • Address InfoSec and AM implications for GEOS
  • Consider mainframe offloading for GEOS
  • Communicate changes, workarounds, and next steps to stakeholders
  • Communicate risks and stakeholder needs to stakeholders
