Senior Galley & Galley Insert Design Engineer(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Avionics, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Manufacturing) or higher
- 10+ years aerospace industry experience (design, integration, certification)
- 5+ years program/project management experience (proposals, schedules, resources, risks)
- Extensive aerospace interiors, materials, properties experience
- Experience with design criteria, certification (EASA CS-25/FAA Part 25)
- Experience with production/maintenance processes (EASA Part 21G/EASA Part-145)
- Aircraft interior design/modification program experience
- High attention to detail in design review
- Good knowledge of equipment qualification requirements (CS-ETSO/FAA TSO)
- Leading complex projects experience
- Influencing team members and stakeholders experience
- Willingness to develop, mentor, coach staff
- Solid expertise with Catia V5 / V6
- Solid expertise with ENOVIA
- Solid expertise with IVT

Tasks
- Own customer introduction lifecycle for Interior Monuments, Galley, and Galley Inserts
- Define technical requirements and conduct feasibility studies
- Develop and validate designs to meet customer, regulatory, and Boeing standards
- Establish and manage integrated project schedules
- Prioritize tasks to ensure project success
- Mitigate risks and resolve design and interface issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally for verification and recovery efforts
- Manage supplier design, testing, and production activities
- Ensure integration and delivery meet program schedules and quality standards
- Support global stakeholder engagement
- Provide production and post-delivery support
- Develop and implement improved design processes and tools
- Monitor emerging technology concepts for efficiency and innovation
