- •Hands-on across the lifecycle from requirements to operations
- •Significant experience in Agile/Lean, BDD, DevOps/GitOps, multiple programming languages, or modern UI development
- •Fast learner and pragmatic tool selection

- •Design, build, test, deploy, and operate production services end to end
- •Develop and evolve the microservice ecosystem
- •Create new services that are observable, resilient, and horizontally scalable

- •Implement behavior-driven development (BDD) where it adds value
- •Automate infrastructure and delivery processes using GitOps and CI/CD
- •Monitor production health by instrumenting metrics, logs, and traces
- •Transform incidents into learning opportunities
