  • •Depth in backend, data, observability, cloud, and strong secondary skills across others
  • •Hands-on across the lifecycle from requirements to operations
  • •Significant experience in Agile/Lean, BDD, DevOps/GitOps, multiple programming languages, or modern UI development
  • •Fast learner and pragmatic tool selection

  • •Design, build, test, deploy, and operate production services end to end
  • •Develop and evolve the microservice ecosystem

  • •Implement behavior-driven development (BDD) where it adds value
  • •Automate infrastructure and delivery processes using GitOps and CI/CD
  • •Monitor production health by instrumenting metrics, logs, and traces
