Requirements

• •Strong Python experience
• •Strong frontend foundations with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• •Experience building and integrating APIs (GraphQL & REST)
• •Confidence in database design and data modeling
• •Hands-on experience with testing and observability practices
• •Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• •Experience with AWS and Kubernetes (bonus)
• •Product-minded approach and caring about work impact
• •Building empathy with users and solving real problems
• •Building data-driven products that deliver measurable value
• •Shortening delivery cycles and improving time to market
• •Using AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot

Tasks

• •Become an expert in the technical landscape and medical education needs
• •Drive the delivery of a personalized learning experience using analytical insights
• •Scale the platform for global users across medical disciplines
• •Own features from design to deployment and iterate based on impact
• •Develop testable prototypes and convert them into production systems
• •Contribute to the product roadmap and long-term strategy
• •Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, medical editors, and marketers
• •Share knowledge and practices to strengthen the engineering culture
