Requirements

  • •Significant experience (6+ years) in several related areas
  • •Experience with Rust and Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot)
  • •Experience with PostgreSQL and time-series databases
  • •Experience with Kafka, Knative, or comparable messaging systems
  • •Experience with RESTful and WebSocket interfaces
  • •Experience with Next.js / React for web
  • •Experience with Flutter for mobile apps
  • •Experience with Kubernetes (e.g. AKS, GKE) with Helm & ArgoCD
  • •Experience with Cloud Platforms / Hyperscalers, ideally Azure
  • •Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, and GitOps
  • •Experience in developing and scaling customer-facing software products
  • •Experience in startup or scaleup companies
  • •Experience with data-driven workflows and/or data science
  • •Experience in developing an overall product vision
  • •Experience in onboarding and coaching junior or medior colleagues
  • •Knowledge of latest data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27701)
  • •Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation
  • •Fluency in German on C1 or native level and fluency in English on B2 level or higher
