Senior Full-Stack Machine Learning Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between data science and engineering by building robust ML pipelines while using statistical insights to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• •Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• •Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures
• •Experience building and deploying ML models
• •Familiarity with PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost
• •Experience with Databricks and Data Lake architectures
• •Proficiency in PySpark and SQL
• •Ability to write production-ready code
• •Comfort with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure
• •Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
• •Fluent English and technical communication skills

Tasks

• •Design and deploy production-grade ML models
• •Own the full feature engineering cycle
• •Monitor model performance in production
• •Build robust Databricks data pipelines
• •Perform deep exploratory data analysis
• •Uncover patterns and anomalies in datasets
• •Execute rigorous A/B and multivariate tests
• •Calculate statistical significance and confidence intervals
• •Translate business questions into measurable metrics
• •Forecast trends using predictive modeling
• •Create high-quality visualizations and dashboards
• •Communicate data stories to leadership
• •Collaborate with Product Managers on KPIs
• •Apply software engineering best practices
• •Conduct unit testing and code reviews
