Requirements
- Significant experience building and owning production systems
- Strong full-stack skills in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Deep backend expertise (ideally Node.js)
- Experience building user interfaces (ideally with React)
- Experience developing well-tested APIs (GraphQL and/or REST)
- Strong understanding of backend systems, scalability, and performance
- Solid knowledge of relational databases (especially PostgreSQL)
- Schema design and query optimization
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar)
- Demonstrated eagerness to adopt AI-assisted development tools
- Ability to work with ambiguity (rough prototypes, evolving requirements)
- Use judgment and experience to fill gaps
- Strong product sense
- Care about customer experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills

Tasks

- Contribute to the core CMS, enhancing performance and reliability
- Develop and maintain CMS extensions and integrations
- Build AI-powered features into the product
- Identify and fix customer issues using monitoring and feedback
- Collaborate with PMs to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in customer conversations to validate solutions
- Use modern AI-assisted tools to accelerate development
- Proactively address issues through monitoring and observability
- Contribute to architectural decisions for scalability and maintainability
- Share knowledge and help teammates grow
