Requirements

• •Experience as a Tech Lead, Feature Lead, or DRI
• •Product-minded builder

• •Hands-on experience with AI/ML
• •Deep cloud and infrastructure knowledge
• •Proven success in a high-growth startup
• •Passion for climate tech

Tasks

• •Own features from concept to deployment
• •Partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap

• •Guide a team of engineers across the full stack
