- •Grasp of OOP, distributed systems, and DDD
- •Engineering best practices, Clean Code, and TDD/BDD
- •Experience using AI coding agents
- •Advanced experience with React and TypeScript
- •Understanding of Node.js for web services
- •Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
- •Experience with PostgreSQL and CI/CD pipelines
- •Knowledge of Kotlin, Python, or Generative AI
- •Can-do attitude and product understanding

- •Design and develop high-availability web applications
- •Maintain high-performance internal operations systems
- •Implement AI model integrations and features
- •Develop automation systems for back-office teams
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize internal tools
- •Optimize and monitor distributed systems
- •Measure and ensure continuous software delivery
- •Perform code reviews to ensure excellence
- •Create and maintain technical documentation
- •Share knowledge and mentor team members
- •Participate in all software lifecycle phases
- •Contribute to architectural design and deployment
