Requirements

  • •3–5 years of commercial Full Stack experience
  • •Very good knowledge of Ruby on Rails and React
  • •Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL
  • •Comfortable working with Git
  • •Independent problem-solving and technical decision-making
  • •Experience with code reviews and code quality
  • •Proactive attitude and team communication skills
  • •English proficiency for team collaboration (B2/C1)
  • •German proficiency for team collaboration (B2/C1)
  • •Knowledge of GraphQL, Redis, and Sidekiq
  • •Experience with CI/CD and GitHub Actions
  • •Experience in e-commerce, Shopify, or SaaS

Tasks

  • •Design, develop, and maintain web applications
  • •Work with Ruby on Rails and React
  • •Deliver complex features, bug fixes, and refactorings
  • •Take ownership of specific system components
  • •Ensure code quality through RSpec and reviews
  • •Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams
  • •Mentor junior developers and support onboarding
  • •Participate in rotational 2nd level support
