- Optimize performance and scalability
- Write and advocate for Technical Execution Plans (TEPs)
- Write robust unit and E2E tests
- Improve shared components in the Design System
- Contribute to knowledge sharing through pairing
- Participate in code reviews
- Collaborate daily with the team
