Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience building frontend applications
  • •Fluency in TypeScript
  • •Deep expertise in React (v19)
  • •Experience building or maintaining custom Design Systems and component libraries
  • •Familiarity with the testing pyramid and testing tools (Vitest, Playwright, or equivalents)
  • •Understanding of UI/UX principles
  • •Ability to operate in ambiguity
  • •Experience in a startup or scaleup environment
  • •Previous exposure to fintech or highly regulated domains
  • •Experience with form libraries (e.g., React Hook Form) and form validation tools (e.g., zod)
  • •Svelte/SvelteKit experience
  • •Experience working in monorepo architectures
  • •Familiarity with TanStack ecosystem
  • •Experience with data visualisation (e.g., tables, charts)

  • •Build robust and scalable frontend applications
  • •Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and QAs to deliver high-quality features
  • •Lead technical decisions during the migration to modern React
  • •Work with backend engineers on API contracts and validation generation
  • •Enhance developer experience through tooling and documentation
  • •Ensure performance and reliability of applications
  • •Write meaningful tests across the testing pyramid
  • •Participate in product discovery and design critiques
  • •Take ownership of the frontend domain within the team
  • •Drive alignment between design and development
  • •Own and evolve the in-house Design System
  • •Guide the team in architecture and performance decisions
  • •Mentor and support fellow engineers
