- AI application in reviewable, reliable, productive ways
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript
- Writing maintainable, testable, performant code at scale
- Experience with monorepo tooling (Nx, Turborepo)
- Structuring shared libraries in monorepos
- Enforcing monorepo boundaries
- Managing large codebases with monorepos
- Ownership of frontend CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
- Automation of testing, linting, bundling, deployment
- Collaborative and product-minded approach
- Willingness to work across the stack
- Familiarity with backend APIs (plus)
- Familiarity with SSR (plus)
- Familiarity with mobile web (plus)
Tasks
- Integrate AI tools and workflows into daily engineering
- Design and build scalable frontend features with React and TypeScript
- Lead cross-team frontend initiatives from idea to production
- Architect micro frontend platform using module federation
- Enhance performance, accessibility, testing, and engineering standards
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership and code reviews
- Maintain hands-on involvement in coding and project delivery
